User Service Clause
一. Accept clause 
It indicated that you have agreed to make a agreement with Huicong network when you log in Huicong Network though homepage, and you will be restrained by this agreement and clause. Huicong Network can determine to alter the "clause" with full authority at any time itself. We will publish the announcement on its website to inform you if the "clause" has any change. If you disagree with relevant changes, must stop using the "service". After the revised "clause" was announced on the website of Huicong Network, it will come into force automatically immediately. It shows that you accept the revised "clause" if you log in or continue to use the "service". 

二.　Charge
Our company reserves the right that charges the fee of "service" after informing you by the first clause. You will pay the taxes because of a deal, compensated service obtained form our company, contacting service of our company, and all hardware, software, service and other fees. Our company reserves the right that under the condition of needn't to give notice, alter or stop some or all "service" temporarily or for ever.

三、Service
 Huicong Network offers service to registered members though internet. For the professional importance of network service offered by Huicong Network, registered members should agree that:
(1)Offer particular, accurate personal information.
(2)Alter the registered material constantly, accord with the prompt, particular and accurate needs.
(3)Information offered is true and effective, if the released information infringes the interests of the third party, the person issued the information undertakes the responsibility by himself.

四、Modification of service clause and service revising
Huicong Network has the right to revise the service clause. As soon as its service clause takes any changes, revised information will be prompted on the important page. Users can cancel the registered member qualification voluntarily, if they disagree with the revised contents. If users continue enjoying network service, you are deemed to accept the changes of service terms. Huicong Network reserves the rights to revise or cut off the service instead of needing to tell the users at any time. It doesn't need to be responsible for the users or the third party, if Huicong revise or cut off the serive. 

五、Accounts, password and security of users
Users will be the registered members of Huicong, and get a password and user's account as soon as register successfully, and will pay all the responsibility to the security of user's account and password. In addition, every user will shoulder the whole responsibility to all activities and matters using his account number. You can change your password. Please inform Huicong Network immediately when users find any situation that uses user's account number illegally or safe loophole. 

六、Refuse to tender guarantee 
User himself takes risk of using network service. Huicong doesn't guarantee of any type for this, no matter clear or implicit, but does not limit commercial implicit guaranty, specific purpose and proper guaranty not violating the regulation. Huicong does not guarantee that services can unquestionably satisfy the needs of the users, services can be broken off either, does not guarantee the security and mistake either. 

七、Limited responsibility 
Huicong has the responsibility to manage the information issued by the users freely, but doest not guarantee the reality and reliability, and any direct, indirect, accidental, special and continued harm form trading on network illegally, using network service illegally or changes of the information uploaded by the users. All these actions will cause the image of Huicong Network damaged, so Huicong Network bring the possibility of this damage forward in advance.  

八、Memory and restriction to user's information
Huicong Network does not pay responsibility for the deletion and storage of the information issued by users. It has the right reserved that judges whether the behaviors of users accord with the needs and spirit of its service clause.

九、User's management
Users shoulder all the responsibility to their issued contents. Service that users use should accord with the criterion of all the state law, local law and international law suitable for this network..
Users can not release the following illegal information on Huicong Network platform:
a.Object to basic principle conformed by the constitution.
b.Against the national security, reveal the official secret, overthrow the county's power, destroy the national unity; 
c.Damage the country's good name and interests;
d.Instigate national hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermine the unity of nationalities;
e.Destroy the national religious policy, advocate heresy and feudalistic superstition.
f.Spread rumors, upset social order, destroy social stability;
g.Spread bawdry, eroticism, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigation;
h.Insult or slander others, encroach others' legitimate and interests;
i.Other contents that law, administrative statute forbid.


十、End service
Users or Huicong Network can break off one or many network services according to actual situation at any time. Huicong can break off the service not need to be responsibility for any person or third party. Users have such following rights if they disagree with the later revised clause, or dissatisfy with the services of Huicong Network.
(1)Stop using the network services of Huicong.
(2)Inform Huicong Network to stop serving the user.
After ending user's service, network service rights that users use are cut off immediately. From that time, users do not have the rights, Huicong has no obligation to upload any processing information or unfinished service to users or the third party.

十一、Ownership of network service contents
Network service contents defined by Huicong Network includes: all contents of characters, software, sound, picture, video, chart, advertisement; Other information offered by Huicong Network to the users. All these contents are protected by law of copyright, brand, label, and other property ownership. So, users can use such contents authorized by Huicong Network and advertiser, can not copy, recreate these contents, or create derived products related to these contents without authorization. All article copyrights of Huicong belong to original text author and Huicong Network, any person who wants to reprint the article of Huicong's must require authorization of original text author and Huicong Network. 

十二、Law
Network service clauses need to accord with law explanation of People's Republic of China,  users and Huicong Network agree to obey administration of high court unanimously. If the clauses of Huicong Network contravene the law of People's Republic of China, these clauses will be totally explain according to the law again, and other clauses still keep producing legal effect and influencing to users.
